One parent/couple per sport assigned to the Board is mandatory to represent and act as ambassador(s) for each sport/program.
Board members represent and report individual sport and coach needs to the Board.
Board members assist Coaches in obtaining athlete forms and athlete payments to keep on file during the season.
Board members assist Coaches in obtaining facilities to practice and/or schedule games/tournaments as needed.
Board members engage additional parents to assist with providing snacks, beverages, transportation, timekeeping, flags, and other necessary roles as required.
Board members advertise as needed to complete roster. They do not recruit or tamper with other team/league rosters or play roles.
Board members assist Head coaches with distributing and tracking uniforms and equipment throughout the season.
Board members recruit parents to report/upload team games on Huddle app for team players.
Board members evaluate coaches and student-athletes for compliance to all coaching philosophies, Coram Deo standard policies and procedures. Determine coaches' contracts and removal of student athletes if standards are not met.
