Building Character Through Sports

Guided by the conviction that all of life is lived Coram Deo — before the face of God — Coram Deo Athletics exists to provide exceptional extracurricular opportunities for homeschool and private school students in the Northwest San Antonio and Hill Country areas, developing young men and women of integrity, humility, courage, and excellence for the glory of Christ.
Our desire is that students learn to fear God, not man, to do what’s right, even when it’s hard, and to understand that God is ultimate, present, and with them wherever they are in life.

Game Day Equipment

Game Day Uniforms (~$30):

Game day uniforms are purchased by the family and ordered through Coram Deo Athletics Head Coaches. The students keep their uniforms each year and can re-use them the following year.

Equipment for Football (~$250):

Families also purchase their students safety equipment. We have negotiated prices for position specific shoulder pads and concussion protection helmets; however, if the family feels they would prefer to provide their own helmet, it will need to match the overall color of the uniform. The Head Football Coach and Board member representative for that sport can assist you in this decision and help you all along the way! Equipment is kept by the student at the end of the year and can be re-used or sold to other players.

Practice Uniforms (~$20):

Practice jerseys and practiced uniforms are purchased by parents
individually as directed by the Head Coach.

Who We Serve

Coram Deo Athletics is open to all homeschool and private school within reasonable driving distance to Boerne area are welcome to join our program provided their school does not offer the sport the student wishes to join. Any family in this situation that is seeking a Gospel-centered team culture built on integrity and character can be a part of our program. We aim to bridge the gap in extracurricular offerings for students who do not have access to these opportunities through their primary educational setting.

• We believe all students should have equal access and opportunities to compete in extracurricular activities, whether in Homeschool or Private School settings.

As homeschool students and/or private school numbers increase in Texas, the lack of extracurricular activities and other competitive opportunities should not be a hinderance in this decision. Pursuing the highest quality of academics and spiritual growth is admirable and honorable, and to the degree we can provide sports and other extracurricular activities  with excellence, integrity, and transparency with a complete, competitive program that honors God and furthers the Kingdom, we will do so. Our goal is to provide excellence in coaching, opportunities for competition, and absolute transparency in all that we do.
Coram Deo is a non-profit organization. No individual on the Board is paid or profiting from fees collected. All fees go directly to running each sport and the overall CDA program.
